Maybe you or your family struggle with sleep, anxiety or energy issues. Or perhaps it’s autoimmune disorders, skin concerns, gut problems, or challenges with fertility.
Our mission is to reconnect you with the natural rhythms your biology was designed to thrive under.
We believe true health and happiness aren’t found in doing more, but in remembering what our human bodies were made for.
In Rhythm was founded by Jai Kapoor and Daniel White—two people who suffered deeply at the hands of modern life and reached rock bottom before finding the light.
In Rhythm is a movement, a lifestyle, and a growing community of people who have the courage to take their health and wellbeing into their own hands.

”I spent over a decade operating at the highest levels of finance and technology.
I began my career in investment banking, advising on large M&A transactions across Europe. Later, I became the senior finance leader at Wayve, a high-growth AI company, where I raised over $1.3 billion from global investors including SoftBank, Microsoft, and NVIDIA.
From the outside, it looked like success. Inside, my body was breaking down.
Years of chronic stress, artificial light, travel and relentless performance culminated in a severe autoimmune diagnosis in 2022. I developed one of the most aggressive cases of psoriasis my doctors had seen. I was told there was no cure.
I tried everything. Steroids, Diet changes. Alternative medicine. Nothing worked.
Then I met Dan, and discovered circadian biology.
By restoring my relationship with light, darkness and natural rhythm, my symptoms reversed. Within six weeks, the psoriasis that had taken over my body for years disappeared.
That experience reshaped my life. My life’s mission is to help other people reconnect their biology to the natural rhythms of the Earth, effortlessly.
As CEO of In Rhythm, I translate circadian science into technologies that restore biological coherence in modern environments.
As author of The Story of Light, I explore the deeper meaning and narrative: how our separation from natural rhythms has shaped human health, culture and consciousness.
Once you experience what it feels like to live in rhythm with nature, there’s no going back.”

”Back in 2010, I was a mess - unfit, overweight, anxious, depressed, addicted, and sleep-deprived. I battled severe allergies and autoimmune issues, struggled with brain fog, and couldn’t focus during the most critical years of my education. My doctor told me my problems were genetic and that medication, dieting, and exercise were my only hope. I didn’t believe that. Even though I felt hopeless, I began searching for the real answers.
The first decade of that journey was lonely, confusing, and expensive. I earned a degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Nutrition; I counted calories, exercised harder, and saw (very expensive) therapists. Relief came in small waves, but nothing ever lasted, until I discovered circadian biology and learned how to use light as medicine. I realised the true root of my struggles wasn’t low willpower or genetics, but severe circadian rhythm disruption caused by constant artificial light, screen addiction, and a deep disconnection from sunlight and nature.
For the past seven years, I’ve coached and educated thousands of adults and young people on these principles, because they were the missing pieces that changed my life forever. Every challenge shaped me into the teacher I am today—someone who’s walked this path and can help you skip years of struggle.
My mission is simple: to be the guide I wish I’d had, so you can stop chasing the wrong solutions and start thriving In Rhythm with the life you were made for.”
